Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.   Preferred Qualifications:   - MBA or equivalent  - Strong leader/ visionary who can prioritize well and communicate clearly across all levels and multiple functions in an organization.  - Demonstrated ability to create, execute vision and inspire bold direction and drive shared goals across x-functional stakeholders  - Ability to think big, understand business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful, effective BI solutions   - Experience with customer segmentation and customer behavior analysis.   - Hands on experience in SQL, Excel, Linux and OLAP, SAS, R and/or Python (data extraction, manipulation, statistical analysis and predictive modeling).   - Experience in machine learning (decision trees, multivariate and logistic regression, kNN, kMeans, etc.).
