We're making history and the good news is that we've only just begun.  The successful candidate will be a key partner to the transportation business team, lead transportation business planning, analyze financial and operational performance, continuously seek and propose improvement opportunities and support and drive initiatives to realize those opportunities.   Duties will include:   - Managing and leading transportation business planning and forecasting, including leading a team of two analysts  - Ensuring excellent financial controllership over the transportation financial  - Continually analyzing and managing IN Transportation key metrics including cost, quality, and speed of delivery  - Communicating financial performance to business partners and senior management as well as corporate finance team  - Partnering with the IN Transportation team senior leadership to lead cost and quality initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, analyzing opportunities, and ensuring delivery of initiatives on schedule  - Developing and enhancing transportation planning and forecasting processes, including standardization of worldwide models  - Maintaining data integrity and periodically auditing key transactional data  Basic Qualifications:  - 9 + years of experience in finance, consulting, or a related highly-analytic field  - Strong modeling skills including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel   - Understanding of finance issues in an operational environment of rapid growth  - Ability to build trust, influence, and guide senior management as well as direct and indirect business owners   - Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities  - Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload  - Excellent written communication skills in English  - Proven success in people management  Location: Bangalore
