Amazon - Prime Video Mobile Edition Engagement Marketing Lead


- Amazon Prime Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows, offering multiple ways to instantly stream and watch videos. To help us fulfill this mission, we are looking for a smart, customer-obsessed and analytical Marketing leader to help grow our digital video business and maintain the best-in-class marketing operations. - The candidate for this role will be responsible for driving Prime Video Mobile Edition onsite marketing aimed at driving discovery, trials and engagement with the right content. The candidate should be a seasoned marketer with deep customer marketing knowledge, and broad marketing experience across a wide span of disciplines including acquisition, engagement, and/or product marketing. Candidates will have experience working across cross-functionally internal teams, and driving programs that reach millions of customers, as well as an aptitude for data analysis. A mind for innovation, thinking big, and learning through testing is highly valued. This role will be based out of Mumbai.

Basic qualifications :

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- 5+ years of marketing experience

- 8+ years of professional including go-to-market launch management, acquisition, engagement and product marketing. - Experience owning creative input, development and execution from concept to completion


 - Experience presenting metrics and progress-to-goal to C-suite stakeholders


- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs 


- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements


 - Ability to transform thinking quickly from high-level, strategic thinking into auditing detailed execution


 - Excellent communications skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to senior executives


 - Writes with laser-sharp clarity, using data to support assertions while still inspiring new thoughts and solutions 


- Ability to juggle a range of projects across Amazon teams balancing quality and speed 


- Ability to work across channels to set and report on KPIs

Preferred qualifications :

- Advanced management degree - Experience in Telecom and Media & Entertainment industries preferred

- Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role - Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional depth and complexity for this role

- Entrepreneurial and creative spirit, ability to try different things with minimal direction

- Knowledge and passion for video content across genres and languages a big plus
