Responsibilities include: Collaborate with operators, program managers, analysts to define right analytical framework and identify improvement opportunitie Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts to design and implement analytical products Design, experiment, and scale data driver solutions Basic Qualifications : - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Operational Research, Statistics or related quantitative field - 5+ years of hands-on experience in data-driven analytics and statistical modeling in Python, R, SAS or similar platform - Proficiency in model development and model validation - Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to convey rigorous mathematical concepts and considerations to non-experts Preferred Qualifications : - Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics or a related quantitative field - 5+ years of practical experience applying ML to solve complex problems in an applied environment - Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, problem solving, algorithm design and complexity analysis - Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to convey rigorous mathematical concepts and considerations to non-experts - Excellent interpersonal communication with strong verbal / written English skills
