Compliance Operations (C-Ops) ensures that Amazon transactions satisfy legal and safety requirements in compliance with guidelines set by regulatory bodies. The charter of C-Ops programs is to protect Amazon customers from products that are illegal, hazardous, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited/regulated by Law and Amazon policies. Roles and Responsibilities : - Coordinate across teams and regions to prepare newsletters and policy communication - Prepare process training content and standard operating procedure documents, working with global SMEs, Operations and Training teams - Develop and implement communications initiatives, channels and toolkits to engage, educate and inspire employees on major C-Ops initiatives - Create, edit and maintain team webpages and repositories - Write and proofread success stories, case studies and business review documents - Write engaging video scripts and social media content to promote C-Ops to internal and external audiences - Liaison with design vendors to prepare communications collateral and training content in accordance with Amazon branding guidelines Basic Qualifications : - 2 - 6 years of experience in content writing, with at least 2 years- experience in handling Communications in a large and complex global environment - Experience of working with remote and cross-functional teams - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Strong proofreading and content creation skills - Demonstrated success at understanding and explaining business processes - Proficient in creating content using MS PowerPoint - Experience with HTML, CSS and related web publishing technologies - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder relationships and needs in a fast-paced environment - Keen attention to detail - Ability to solve problems and work independently in ambiguous environments Preferred Qualifications : - Master's in English, Mass Communications or related fields - Experience with SharePoint - Experience in video editing and photo editing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
