Key Responsibilities: - Establish metrics and measurement for all operations programs - Establish unambiguous audit and control mechanisms to ensure accuracy of measurement and reporting - Conduct random audits to ensure compliance - Automate Weekly/Monthly reports. - Establishes key reporting/MIS for functional area & write strong, well-structured and detail oriented reports in a clear, concise and audience-specific format - Demonstrates the ability to dive deep into a problem, performs - root cause analysis,- and identifies constraints to recommend a solution - Interacts with multiple stakeholders to communicate on operations and represents data/metrics information and project reviews - Consolidate information into cohesive and insightful analytical reports for use in decision-making.
