We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to help increase awareness and engagement of Alexa Skills for India. The consumer marketing manager will be responsible for defining the strategy and executing marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention. This role will need to create marketing plans in partnership with various internal teams and external developers. A crucial component of the role will be managing and optimizing campaigns based on results to increase effectiveness and performance. Key responsibilities will include: - Develop the marketing strategy for Alexa skills in India - Design, build, and execute individualized marketing campaigns with more emphasis on digital marketing - Channel management - Manage various free and paid channels for customer engagement - Analyze results and make changes to plans for improved campaign performance and ROI - Manage budget, forecasting, and reporting on a monthly basis - Prepares industry, market, retailer, and brand performance and financial reporting using a multitude of data resources; identifies and communicates both macro and micro trends and opportunities. - Own all co-marketing opportunities with external partners - Dive deep and own all customer behavioral analysis - Lead research for understanding customer usage behavior Basic Qualifications - Master's degree in marketing or business - 10+ years of relevant work experience in consumer or audience marketing - preferably with experience in technology marketing - Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns Preferred qualifications - Demonstrable, successful, history of defining marketing strategy and executional excellence - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills - Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks - Outstanding interpersonal skills Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
