Qualification- Degree from Tier 1 Engineering College in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.

Experience - 5-10 years overall IT leadership experience OR Software architecture and development experience, from concept to production, in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical, multi-cultural, collaborative international environment.

- Hands-on experience in coding is the must.

- Previous or current role as a Senior Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, Senior Architect or similar.

- Strong business acumen and proactive in delivering IT related solutions to support dynamic operational demands.

- Strong Project Management skills and is able to develop creative ideas to address changing business demands in a diversified environment.

Key Responsibilities :


- Methodical approach to problem-solving, detail-oriented and observant to quality and timely deliverables.

- Evaluate business requirements to determine what software, integration technologies, system architectures, and patterns should be employed to meet business objectives efficiently

- Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of new web and mobile applications, not shy of hands-on when apt.

- Develop systems that are maintainable and scalable.

- Diagnose and identify issues to provide quick solutions.

- Willingness to take up the challenges and be a part of the successful core start-up team.

- The person would be managing and expanding the team of developers and guide the product development, along with contributing significantly to the core decisions of the company.

- Enable tech team to work with client teams as required to solve for issues as they arise
