Roles and Responsibilities:

- Must have good knowledge on Solar Equipments like Solar panel/PV Module, Module Mounting Structure (MMS) & some knowledge in Substation & Transmissions component

- Evaluate purchase requisitions and purchase orders on regular basis and develop optimal level of services and prepare reports to identify cost cutting initiatives.

- Manage communication for purchase orders with vendors and analyze and resolve any purchase issues and coordinate with accounts payable department to process invoices.

- Prepare budgets for purchasing for projects and maintain cost code for items

- Maintain records of purchase order and associate documents for all processes and maintain data base

- Monitor all rates of products on regular basis and coordinate with supplier and develop appropriate sourcing strategy.

- Analyze all associated issues and resolve same and review vendor quotations with help of purchasing techniques and organize procurement.
