Job Description :

- Oversee the operations of the organization meet business goals for performance and growth

- Ensure the profitable delivery of operations, control of costs & overheads through the achievement of business targets for GOP

- Responsible for the delivery and expansion of sales and margin in all operations ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations of policies and procedures

- Support new business development through the promotion and costing of products & services and response to tenders & proposals which deliver new business in the company

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining multi-level and business unit relationships with clients

- Foster the motivation and professional development of employees

- Prepare timely and accurate financial and qualitative reports; Report on the same to the CEO on a monthly basis and as and when required

- Be proactive in the recovery of overdue, if any, owing from internal and external clients

- Manage, mentor, and maintain a strong working relationship with the Business Development & Operational Teams, offer assistance wherever and whenever required

- Liaise with the team to ensure alignment with the business goals and vision of the company

- Ensure quality of work by adhering to and enforcing company service standards

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Planning and monitoring the day to day running of the business to ensure smooth and seamless progress

- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

Expected candidate profile:

Minimum 15 years to maximum 25 years with Sound knowledge and experience in the Facility Management industry. Managing & controlling overall operations. Minimum 8+ years experience in a senior management role.

Education Qualification: Graduate in Hospitality Management (Prefered with MBA)
