1. Drive Multiple IT AV Projects to upgrade audio video conferencing solutions in Amara Raja

2. Manage Projects end to end delivering to planned budget and schedule

3. Work with Vendors to identify new technology solutions and implement the same

4. Work with Various Infrastructure and Project departments to deploy IT AV solutions for new plants and buildings across various Amara Raja locations in India

5. Proactively explore new Av Solutions including personal collaboration solutions like Personal VC, Jabber, Facebook for business etc

6. Align to Standards and Processes defined by Amara Raja IT

7. Frequently interact with various IT Users to collect feedback and identify and deploy new solutions to improve user Productivity

8. Maintain AV network for Amara Raja and ensure top performance of AV networks

9. Develop relationship with Vendors to drive timely delivery on Projects and support assignments

10. Drive 100% compliance to ISMS, PMP, ITIL and Other Process Frameworks

11. Demonstrate Amara Raja Values including Collaboration and Trust with Other IT groups and teams
