Our core team comprises alumni from IIT, IIM, ISB, Wharton, St. Xavier's, London Business School, and other top schools across the world, with significant experience in developing and delivering emotional wellness products to individual users, corporates, and insurance companies.

About the Role

At Amaha, we aim to provide high-quality, accessible, & integrated mental health care to our patients and clients. By leveraging digital and physical channels, we aim to create an omnichannel full-stack solution that enables patients and clients to achieve better health outcomes. We are looking for a Manager/Vice-President, Clinical Operations to lead our physical operations, including setting up our first mental health center to provide treatment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize, setup & deliver mental health centers, including key decisions on positioning, strategy, acquisition & operations

- Collaborate with clinical & product teams to design operations for delivering a mental healthcare model which leads to improved patient outcomes

- Evaluate different operational models & layouts to design a world-class mental health center

- Create a sustainable business model for mental health centers through continuous refinement and iteration

- Liaise with marketing, sales & partnerships teams to increase revenue & manage business processes

- Create processes and standard operating procedures for running day-to-day operations at the center

- Build partnerships, manage vendor relationships and liaise with contractors to ensur administrative setup and regulatory compliance

Skills And Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

- Strong preference for experience working with a leading healthcare provider in an operations/business role

- 7+ years of experience in entrepreneurial, management or operational roles

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to navigate ambiguity

- Strong sense of ownership backed up with strong project management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
