Our core team comprises alumni from IIT, IIM, ISB, Wharton, St. Xavier's, London Business School, and other top schools across the world, with significant experience in developing and delivering emotional wellness products to individual users, corporates, and insurance companies.

About the Role :

- As a B2B Marketer, you would develop and implement marketing strategies that drive lead generation & revenue - tailored to the type of businesses we're targeting.

- This would include planning & creating lead-generating activities, deploying email marketing campaigns, creating brand awareness via SEO & plan social media creatives aligned to our brand voice.


- You will be enabling and assisting the sales team to convert the leads.


- You will work closely with the marketing lead and content team to ensure our company's goals are met.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the lead generation & revenue targets for B2B vertical

- Own the growth & roadmap for the B2B vertical, including identification of growth levers and channels

- Formulate the strategy & implement the plans to acquire B2B in-bound leads for various categories of organizations (corporates, educational institutions)

- Make data-driven decisions on allocation of marketing budgets, enabled by tracking CAC, ROI, and other key metrics

- Devising a communication strategy to educate the market on EWP and Amaha's key USPs.


- Working with the content team to create marketing collaterals required by the sales team to enable conversions.

- Establish and manage channels for organic long-term growth (including SEO, emails, events, partnerships, etc.)

- Design, execute, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns across channels

Skills & Qualifications :

- Graduation or Post Graduation

- 2-4 years of work experience in B2B marketing, owned revenue targets and delivered on those.


- Sales acumen is preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills

- Experience in revenue generation & owning targets

- Analytical thinking & quantitative analysis to drive decision making

- Ability to deeply understand user journey & identify key acquisition touchpoints


- Ability to iterate rapidly, based on new information or changing environment - Prior experience in startups preferred

- Interest and/or experience in mental health preferred
