As a Process Analyst, you will be meeting with clients to identify and discuss key business areas and processes that require improvement. Subsequent duties include analyzing existing processes, interviewing staff, gathering data, and creating new business processes in line with client expectations.
To ensure success as a process analyst, you should have detailed knowledge of business workflows, excellent communication skills, and a highly adaptable approach. Ultimately, a top-class process analyst is able to identify and develop process strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
- Facilitating workshops with SME's
- Documentation of process and workflows
- Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
- Identifying issues and risks
- Ability to work with team to help them prepare for audits.
- Support the client in preparing for internal and external audits.
- Ensure processes meet the required standards set by the client (eg. ISO 9001, etc).
Requirements:
- 2-8 years experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, on large and complex projects
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience developing Process and Procedural documentation and presentations
- Green Belt Lean Six Sigma or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification and Experience is preferred.
- Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred.
