Amagi - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Corporate Strategy & Chief Of Staff To CEO (7-9 yrs)

Candidates from consulting companies with IIT, IIM background will be given preference.

Reporting into: Dual Reporting - to the CEO (as Chief of Staff) and to Head Strategy (as SM / AD - Corporate Strategy)

- Support the Head of Strategy, CEO& Co-founders in setting the overall strategy of the company - in terms of growth, expansion (products / geography / sectors), M&A deals, etc.

- Proactively support CEO & co-founders in terms of investor relations on all corporate development matters, in collaboration with Head Finance

- Drive strategic initiatives or cross-group projects contributing to the overall organizational strategy; Create and implement accurate plans and develop success metrics and communication approach for initiatives and projects.

- M&A Strategy: Work with the founders & senior management to develop an effective, cohesive strategy to inform future company M&A activities.

- Oversee acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture projects, from sourcing to transaction execution and support post-transaction activities

- Manage the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process for the organization - cadence, process changes, driving excellence

- Own and continuously improve company operating cadence (e.g. executive team meetings, leadership offsites, OKRs & other Goals / Plan reviews, quarterly board meetings)

- Consult with senior managers on strategic priorities to ensure appropriate consideration of the Amagi's goals

- Be responsible for bringing together crucial pieces of information such as strategic priorities, competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets, etc. from various internal and external sources to develop strategic options

- Continuously analyze data from different reports / industry benchmarks, etc. to put the same together in a meaningful format (PowerPoint Presentations, Google Slides, Tableau reports, etc.) for Leadership Team, Investors, etc.

- Create structure and focus for broad, ambiguous ideas that the CEO & Cofounders are exploring and bring forth recommendations for action in a timely manner

- Develops and manages methods to streamline and enhance existing processes and programs by adopting leading practices

- Comply with all Information Security policies, procedures, guidelines established for protection of Amagi's information assets.

- Report immediately any actual or suspected security and/or policy violations or breaches to the information security team.

- Carry out all security responsibilities defined for and associated with the role.

Desired Competencies :

- Able to manage a high degree of complexity and to distil information from multiple sources

- Able to think both strategically at a global level as well as effectively developing key processes, and deliver and distribute information across multiple channels and mediums. Preference for experience in strategic planning.

- Exceptional cross-organization collaboration-building skills, including ability to partner with teams with multiple different priorities.

- Ability to build trust, influence, and relationships with diverse team members at all levels, the ability to leverage relationships to accelerate delivery, and the ability to use these skills to facilitate connection with stakeholders across the organization.

- Project Management skills and ability to lead multiple high-profile projects

- Ability to perform standard analyses such as performance analyses, competitive analyses, market analyses, etc.

- Ability to prioritize work and maintain good judgment in a rapidly changing environment and synthesize insights and next steps from a large amount of sometimes conflicting data.

- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills
