Looking for AM - US Recruitments for a KPO client to be based out of Ahmedabad

Primary Responsibilities:

- Searching Candidates for leadership positions for onshore requirements.

- Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.

- Managing a team of 2 - 3 recruiters

- Handling End-End Sourcing activities of the Company at Pan India level.

- Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR.

- Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates.

Salary offered: 8 - 9 LPA
