AM - US Real Estate Valuation (4-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Acquire knowledge of the use and capabilities of subscription data sources and other data publications, e.g., CoStar, Capital IQ, CBRE-EA, MVS, Investor Surveys
- Mine data from the sources efficiently
- Collect, manipulate, and analyze property, market, and financial data
- Analyze historic property operating statements and analyze leases
- Prepare complex cash flow models using Excel and/or ARGUS software, including analyzing available data to estimate revenues, costs, and rates of return
- Estimate property and portfolio values
- Prepare reports and presentations to team and clients, including graphic and written sections
