Assistant Manager - HR - Talent Acquistion
Maximum CTC is 12 LPA
- Planning requirements with the heads of different functional & operational areas
- Conducting selection interviews of candidates along with various stakeholders
- Negotiate and provide closures by releasing appointment letters
- Completely adhered to process TAT, productivity norms & other recruitment guidelines
- Introduced process orientation around all recruitment related activities
- Planning and executing end to end recruitment value chain – sourcing, screening, assessment, selection and candidate management until final offer acceptance & appointment.
- Developing and managing effective sourcing channels including internal job postings, employee referrals, online job portals, external consultants and marketing the organization to source top talent within defined service levels.
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment
- Maintaining and managing positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to increase conversion and to enable placing the best talent within the organization.
- Adhering to internal company policies/processes/legal compliance and improve service levels and process quality.
