Skill set - Customer service training exp of 5-7 years. Typical contact centre trainer.
- Establish and maintain the knowledge management framework
- Creating, tracking and maintaining records on the Learning Paths for new hires.
- Manage Knowledge transfer for new accounts including daily, weekly report-outs with critical stakeholders -
- Should have hands on experience / knowledge on end to end / Confident with both written & verbal communication at leadership & client level.
- Creating reports & routine training activities
- Responsible for owning and driving the knowledge management metrics. Cross Skilling of teams, building process SMEs and ownership of resource knowledge levels.
- A key member of the People and Organizational Development team, the Learning & Development lead will be responsible for the development of all levels of employees.
- Will have responsibility for strategizing L&D for a business unit within the organization.
- Up skill the new hires and integrate them into the process as per the learning path, set up the process refresher trainings structure and facilitate the trainings,
