Key responsibilities :
- Generating new sales leads
- Performing research on LinkedIn
- Gaining commitment for sales call follow-up
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Provide support in Sales documentation
- Follow-ups with clients
- Providing support on Salesforce(SFDC) related systems
- Maintaining MIS
Skills & activities :
- Candidate should have prior experience sales support/operations or related roles.
- Should have experience in generating leads
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC)
- Strong oral communication skills
- Self-motivated; Should be able to prioritize and work independently
- Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment
