AM - Research - Consumer & Industrial Product

- Identify emerging trends/issues in C&IP industry and develop thought provoking research papers.

- Support research proposal sand projects being developed by senior professionals/leads in US and India C&IP teams.

- Collaborate with sector leadership and account teams to develop research ideas, frame hypotheses, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, and demonstrate strong writing and presentation skills.

- Conduct hypothesis based research to validate various topics

- Apply research techniques such as financial analysis, interviews, case studies, focus groups, and surveys.

- Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data collected through primary and secondary research.

- Build effective working relationships with sector leaders, account teams, and subject matter experts within the firm.

- Guide junior members on sector and research methodologies.

- Track developments in C&IP industry sectors, specifically manufacturing.

- MBA or equivalent from a reputed school

- 6 - 9 years of research experience (ideally with professional services or research organizations) in C&IP industry (Aviation & Defense, Manufacturing, Automotive sectors)

- In-depth understanding of global manufacturing industry and the key sector performance metrics (both financial and operational)
