AM-Recruitment Operations

Objective of the role :

- Recruitment is a core driver of company IT business success. We are looking for a specialist to work at the intersection of recruitment strategy and program management.

- This role will work through both fresher and lateral hiring experience and is instrumental to bringing in the best recruitment partners to work with us while maintaining excellent partner relations.

- The end goal is to create a superlative candidate experience for both fresher and lateral hiring and therefore the sourcing channels could be college campuses, RPO partners, sourcing partners, referrals or exploring any new impactful channels.

- The Operations Specialist will build bridges and course correct any gaps between the hiring managers, the sourcing and recruitment partners and the candidates thus creating a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

- The person will focus on process excellence of current sourcing channels and introduce new channels through market research and analytics.

- We are seeking a person who has experience managing RPO and/or sourcing partners in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about inclusive hiring and diversity as well.

Responsibilities include :

1. Prepare process maps for hiring vendors/internal hiring Managers/RPO, manage service delivery, escalation handling, ensure SLAs are met and activities follow process maps and documentation.

2. Account for performance management of screening vendors, RPO and hiring Managers. Proactively partner with all hiring stakeholders and ensure escalations are kept at bay

3. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and gaps to inform continuous improvement strategies and programs to enable hiring at scale

4. Develop measurements and insights to assess the success and efficacy of vendor operations

5. Explore new sourcing partners and channels specific to skills and roles that we are hiring and involve them in our hiring process at the right time

6. Design and improvise existing referral program to suit immediate and niche hiring, when required, and align with leadership team. Design communication of referral schemes, program manage the scheme and optimize its utilization

7. Coordinate referral drives, weekend hiring drives between sourcing partners, RPO and hiring Managers

8. Build newer sources such as College Alumni network and company Alumni network. Keep passive candidates warm through various business updates and engaging communication / newsletters

9. Support the TA Manager by co-creating a robust all-year campus engagement program

10. Provide data and insights reporting on key interviewing activity as well as candidate experience trends to inform the recruiting strategy

11. Oversee and plan the future hiring, onboarding, and training of Candidate Experience Team

Competencies & education preferred :

- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity

- Drive operational cadence and regular reporting to maintain an excellent pulse of operational activities; ensure regular, ongoing communication and coordination across teams

- Drive partner relations and sourcing strategy through creative methods, keen observation and build deep market insights

- MBA with 4 to 6 years' experience preferably from a good Institute

- Recruiters not preferred.

- Any experience in vendor management or building sourcing strategy is the need of the hour
