Job Description:

Designation: Assistant Manager- R & D

1. Ideation and creation of innovative products and associated processes in a time bound manner to achieve the corporate business objectives.

2. Undertake focused development of new products aligned to the customer brief and achieve the periodic targets.

3. Embrace the principle of category management to gain a true understanding of the wants & needs of customers

4. Expand the ingredient library to support innovation, and ensure profitability.

5. Access appropriate seasonings from the library.

6. Ensure timely dispatch of samples.

7. Support plant in initial scaling up to match exact specification.

8. Plan, organize & control resources optimally.
