AM - Quality Assurance - eLearning (8-10 yrs)
Job Role/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a very strong understanding of grammar rules and usage and apply this on projects
- Support quality assurance needs for all Learning projects and deliverable
- Collaborate with project managers and instructional designers to review learning modules
- Comprehend project scope and align quality checks with the scope
- Review eLearning and Instructor-Led Training modules for errors/improvements in grammar, punctuation, readability, style, and flow
- Adhere to the set project timelines set. Any escalation or impact that can change the timeline should be brought to the project manager’s attention as soon as possible
- Adhere to the quality assurance processes
- Analyze quality assurance project requirements and work with project managers
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the quality expectations for each project
- Coordinate with the Instructional Design and Graphic Design teams
- Professional quality assurance/editorial experience.
- Knowledge of course ware development tools such as Captivate, Prezi, Camtasia, Articulate Presenter, and Lectora would be an advantage.
- Minimum 8-9 years of experience in quality assurance in eLearning including at least 2-3 years of people management skills in a managerial/lead role.
