Experience : 2 yrs - 5 yrs in a Marcom/Communications/PR role

Education : Graduate (Regular Only) & Post-Graduate Degree in the field of Communications

Knowledge Required : Marketing Communication. Vendor Management. Public Relation / Events and Exhibitions, Social media . Strong knowledge about the Industry one works for and understands the consequent requirement of the organization and team

Skills / Competencies : Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently. Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. Team player. Requires excellent written and verbal communications.

Job Purpose:

Role in providing broad range of external and internal communications and marketing coordination support to the organization.

Internal & External Communications:

1) Coordinate communications projects with vendors and employees for the development and production of event promotional materials and other collaterals

2) Provide writing and editing support for internal communication, collaterals including new function/department initiatives, Intranet, Customer Newsletter inputs, Brochure inputs

3) Source new and effective vendors and help SCM for promotional material design keeping the budget in mind.

4) Branding support to all Circles during events and otherwise
