We are looking for a AM - Marketing BTL with a leading mobile network operator based at New Delhi.

Ed Qualification & Exp: MBA with 4-6 years- work experience in Consumer Marketing, Retail Marketing, Customer Activation, Below the line execution, Vendor Management, Team management in Telecom/ Mobile Handset/ FMCG Industry / Advertising
CTC : Standard Industry Hike
Grade : AM
Role Purpose :
Roll Out BTL initiatives
Key accountabilities :
- Maintaining product/brand visibility across the assigned outlets within the planned/given resources
- Conceptualization and implementation of promotion and communication plans
- Effective budget planning/utilization & cost optimization.
- Strong coordination with internal (various departments) & external customer (vendor/channel partners) for effective & efficient results.
- Mass Retail Execution of Communication/ branding material
- Advertising and Promotions, OOH Planning and execution
- Market Research and Intelligence: Drive local Marketing activities and interventions to drive Key Brand KPIs like ITP, Recommendation and Brand Imagery Index by coordinating closely with Corporate brand and Local product and Sales Team.
- Agency Management
- Exposure in PR : will be added advantage

- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
