Asst Manager/ Manager - Re-engineering (BFSI)

With over 125,000 employees spread across 35+ countries they are currently looking for a technically strong professional to join their Business Transformation team.

Job Description:

Reporting into the quality lead, you would be responsible for driving re-engineering/ transformation consulting across organization and drive frameworks, methodologies and projects.

You would also be responsible for:

- Leading a team and work closely with key stakeholders to assess demand across businesses

- Conduct and execute lean re-engineering projects across different processes/ branches of the bank

- Provide strategic direction to the team on all aspects of the business

The Successful Applicant:

- You are a six sigma green belt or black belt with 4+ years of post qualification relevant experience. Prior experience of leading six sigma & re-engineering consulting in a Banking/BPO space is a must. In addition you should have exemplary communication and team management skills and have experience in making business presentations and conducting workshops.

- The role would entail international travel upto 50%
