We are looking for AM/Manager - Learning &amp; Development for one of our client in Insurance Industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support on boarding of new employees - Support entire team to achieve assigned target - Collaborate with stake holders for various training initiatives - Conduct training / certification program for CDMs, IMs, IMF &amp; their teams - Provide qualitative feedback to different stake holders on scope to improve existing processes &amp; training content along with active support in designing revised/relevant content or processes - Analyse participant's feedback and work towards improvement - Calibrate with Sales / Content / Strategy team and identify performance gaps with proposed solutions - Monitoring training effectiveness as input and post training performance for measuring impact of inputs - Ensuring 100% compliance on all regulatory requirement and important processes - Ensuring online training footprint &amp; its efficacy increases across all roles in channel - CDMs, IMs, IMF &amp; their teams, there by developing culture of self learning through various available tools - Ensuring execution of all deliverables within stipulated approved budget - Excellent understanding all types of products (in comparison to LI)) in market along with all possible objections &amp; their rebuttals
