Brand Communication Strategy for THE GROUP internationally:
- Effective campaign management for brand, tent pole properties and FPC led communication to drive tune-ins, word-of-mouth buzz by opinion - leaders (internal and external stakeholders) and brand stature.
- Campaign management measured by increase in reach, word-of-mouth buzz and impact.
- Effective liaison with creative agency from creative brief to campaign execution with zero margins for compromise in effectiveness and efficiencies of all campaigns and promotions.
- Coordination and interaction with media agency to understand effectiveness and deliveries of campaigns and steps to better the same.
- Conceptualization of activation ideas - trade and consumer that communicate the campaign idea from time to time.
- MIS and in depth understanding of competition and tracking the same, with frequent reports, MIS, etc being circulated to the team so that collective knowledge on the genre is enhanced.
- Post evaluation presentations on campaigns, activations with learning and quality inputs.
- In depth understanding of the FPC and competition with devising a process to understand updations and changes to the same.
Viewership and Audience Analytics for THE GROUP internationally:
- In depth understanding of the viewership dynamics of the news genre, THE GROUP and competition.
- Mapping key markets, emerging markets and flagging off trends, aberrations and spikes in the same.
- To understand the FPC and marquee shows of THE GROUP vs. competition: WRT shares, TS and Reach and input on the same in a regularized format along with the research desk.
- To constantly map content on THE GROUP and WRT competition and in put the same in a regularized format into the function.
Desired Level - MBA/PGDM (Marketing)
- Affinity to working with numbers and/or affinity to understand and decipher the same.
- PPT efficiencies
- The person has to be self-motivated and a go-getter.
- Has to be well connected in the marketing fraternity
