Position : HR Business Partner – Private Banking & HNI Broking

Level : Assistant Manager / Manager

Minimum years : 4 - 10 years of exp

Preferred industry : Ideally from BFSI managing wealth or Institutional business. Can be from a consultant as well

Location - Mumbai

The person will be responsible for managing all HR initiatives for the Private Banking & HNI Broking business

- Develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve Strategic Business Initiatives and deliver results

- Employee Engagement - Build a robust employee engagement strategy and drive implementation of the same

- Drive the Corporate HR agendas – Performance Appraisal Cycle, Employment Engagement Surveys, Etc

- Stakeholder management
