AM/Manager - Financial Accounting Advisory Services - CA

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)

- 4-10 years (post qualification) in auditing or finance controllership roles including at least 2 years of Financial Accounting and Advisory experience

- Expert Knowledge of IFRS/US/UK GAAP and International auditing standards.

- Knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing standards.

- Extensive working experience in relation to the following services/solutions:

- GAAP conversions and implementation of new accounting standards

- Drafting and designing accounting policies

- Technical accounting research and advice

- Consolidation and Compilation support

- Financial statement close process support

- Transaction accounting and reporting - IPO- s, Carve Outs, PPA etc

- Audit remediation and readiness

- Benchmarking services and market analysis

- Advanced data analytics (will be an added advantage)

- Industry Sector specialization will be an added advantage

- International work experience will have added advantage
