Assistant Manager - Legal / Title Search, Vetting, Litigation /Exp 3 - 7 yrs /Location - Indore

Prestigious Client of ""Angel and Genie"" - leader in providing housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and upgradation of houses. It also provides loans for commercial space, loan against property and loan for purchase of residential plots.

Position : Assistant Manager - Legal

Experience : 3 to 7 years

Title Search ( Weightage 70%) :

- Good with title search vetting

- Should have the experience of carrying out the title search report himself

- He should have ideally worked with a lawyer who is vendor to Banks and financial institutions

- Reasonable skills with documentation ( Weightage 15%)

- Experience in handling litigation ( Weightage 15%)
