Qualification: MBA/ Any Post Graduation

Shifts: 9AM-6PM

Skills:

- Experience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and lead change initiatives

- Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles, 6Ds(r), learning development life cycle, evaluation of learning programs

- Experience of using concepts used to design and develop training materials

- Masters- degree/Certificate/Diploma from a recognized university (India/abroad) in Learning and Development

- Possess exceptional problem solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail

- Proficiency using MS Office Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Instructional Design qualification from reputed institutes

- Coaching certification (accredited to recognized bodies)
