Person Specs:
Educational Qualifications: Should be a Graduate & an MBA graduate from a Premier B-School passout.
Experience – 3 - 6yrs of Exp.
Location -Gurgaon
Scope:
Lead for Retail & Sales HR operations at Regional Level. The role includes cradle2grave activities in the employee life-cycle.
Key Operating Responsibilities:
a). Recruitment : Formalize a recruitment strategy & implement processes to ensure quality and quantity of requisite/planned manpower in Field Sales & Store teams.
b). Induction / Training: Design, manage, & co-ordinate New Hire Orientation; skill-enhancement programs; and developmental / behavioral workshops at an aggregate level.
c). Compensation, Benefits, & Policies Administration - above-the-line activities - such as comp design, benchmarking, planning & below-the-line activities – such as payroll advise / reportbacks / Corporate notes / claim approvals
d). Organization Development: Design, facilitate and implement OD strategies and activities through team or line managers – aimed to build an accountable & performance-based culture.
e). Performance Management: Build 'SMART' roles and goals and 'e'-nable processes for ensuring an objective & accountable performance management system. Drive productivity initiatives (such as Goldstar & PACE) in WLS & JP store chain
f). Employee Engagement & Communication - Design and execute engagement strategies aimed at driving high performance.
g). Ensure 100% statutory compliance (in RO’s) - on all applicable labor legislations in the respective area of sales operations.
h). Exit Formalities - Ensure smooth closure of all necessary formalities for exited employees.
