Job Description:

- Working closely with Global HRBPs and India Leadership to train, plan, coordinate and facilitate. Performance management & reviews spanning India employees. Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling. Drive pipeline and consequent revenues per partner and for the entire portfolio, forecast accurately, and provide learnings about the partner business.

- Serve as an escalation point for complex employee relations’ issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed to resolve associate grievances. Coach and advise managers and employees on HR policy and ensure compliance to the company’s policies. Partner with the L&LD team to assess skill gaps with leadership, execute plans for skill development areas and support HR Representative Generalists in identification of people to attend training.
