AM - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Opening for in a FMCG company dealing in Cosmetics, personal care for AM - Financial Planning - Gurgaon
We are looking for candidates from FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecom and other Service Industry background.
- To work closely with the Sr Manager FP&A in the preparation of Budgets, Monthly rolling Forecast, Outlooks.
- Ensure monthly submission of results and Monitoring of actuals vs Budget/FC
- Preparation of Monthly MIS and Various reports from time to time.
- Develop maintain and enhance Excel based financial models for analyzing forecasting financial data
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis and timely submissions to the Region
- Preparation of short and long-term financial forecasts based on historical data and current business plans and strategies.
- Maintain and prepare managerial and financial reports, analyze and interpret results and provide fact-based supporting analysis. Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of consolidation of all information submitted.
- Develop, maintain and enhance computer financial models for the purpose of analyzing, forecasting and controlling financial data relating to investment alternatives and new projects. Analyze and assist in evaluating financial and operating implications of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze budget variances to identify risk/opportunities for the business. Participate in the preparation of budget reviews and perform financial analyses in support of budgets and account balancing including accruals
- Provide financial justification for capital expenditures and prepare financial assessments/analysis of post investment reviews
- Analyze fixed and variable cost and expenses accountability and responsibility. Identify risks and opportunities, drive support to mitigate risk and maximize opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of the country/unit reporting package and financial summary reports for management presentations and business reviews.
- Monitor and report performance of major strategies against plan
