AM - ERM - Vendor Compliance Audits

We are looking for a AM- ERM (Vendor Compliance Audits) for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon

Job Details :

Location : Gurgaon

CTC : 7 L - 9 L +Variable

Education : Chartered Accountant 2009-2011 / MBA (Finance)

Experience : 2-3 years of Internal audit experience with a large multi-national, IT/ITES or Big 4 firm

Shift : 12 noon -9 pm, 5 days working, Cab Available

Preferred skills

CIA, CISA etc., Experience of designing/working on an ERM framework

GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist and support the manager in Vendor Compliance Audits. Assist with other projects such as Internal audits/process reviews as and when applicable. Also responsible for leading and/or assisting in ad-hoc special projects, compliance with COSO framework, process reviews, policies and procedure development for key risk areas.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in offsite audit of Vendor Audits for US law firms. (70%)

- Perform testing, prepare report, agree with management and VCA US team. (70%)

- Preparing management reports and dashboards as and when required. (70%)

- Performing internal audits, process reviews, SOP documentation and review of policies and procedures. (30%)

- Performing audit test procedures, performing process and control reviews, Agreeing observations, recommendations and target remediation dates with process owners, preparing draft report for managers review, Performing follow up on managers comments. (30%)

- Making/ assisting in making oral/written presentations to management (30%)

- Reviewing policies/procedures/charters and participating/leading any new initiatives related to the ERM department (30%)

- Assisting with other adhoc audits, management requests (30%)

- May require 5-10% travel.

Other Skills

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Strong knowledge & understanding of internal auditing standards/ techniques as well as general accounting methods, principles and practices.

- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

- The ability to focus on details and perform all required functions timely and with accuracy.
