AM - Employee Engagement & CSR

- Drive end to end Employee Engagement and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives through effective employee connect by conducting various periodic engagement activities and communication. To develop employee engagement framework in line with the organizational requirement and its budget adherence.

- Ensure smooth end to end implementation of the employee engagement framework by developing and executing employee engagement calendar ; Monthly Quarterly and Yearly.

- Drive CSR Initiatives as per the organizational long-term plan or set standard.

- Create mechanism to increase employee participation in Employee Engagement/ Satisfaction Survey. Measure the Employee Satisfaction Result or Index and develop various action plan with a view of engagement survey and its and its timely closure. Identify areas that requires improvement.

- Keep employees motivated by adding element of Fun at work through planned employee engagement activities like various fun activities.

- Review and track status of open actionable and executive within the defined time frame.

- Prepare dashboards for various employee engagement/connect/ communication initiatives.

- Planning and executing Reward & Recognition Programs as per the R&R policy and ensure its timely closure by various stakeholder management and ensure a culture of appreciation and motivation within the organization

- Ensure constant engagement initiates are planned and executed at various location with maximum people participation and leadership involvement.

- Develop CFT at various location and have a periodic review of CFT for its effectiveness. Drive multiple activities at PAN India basis by ensuring multi-tasking ability.

- Drive various employee connect/ communication initiative by involvement of people and leadership team.

- Keeping high level of motivation with enthusiasm for employee engagement initiatives and a desire to seek out new ways to engage with employees.

- Identify/ benchmark industry best practices ; employee engagement initiatives to continually evolve and implement best in class practices.
