Responsiblities:
- Conducting desktop-based research using a combination of specialist research tools designed for online due diligence reports and databases such as Factiva, Lexis-Nexis, Dialog and OneSource
- Conducting research using a variety of other online sources, especially commercial registries and corporate databases in a variety of countries and languages
- Summarising the information obtained into concise and accurate reports
- Coaching and guiding junior analysts in the team
- Conducting quality checks on the work completed by junior analysts
- Combining the above skills to deliver time-critical and relevant reports to clients
- To assists clients to identify potential risks by highlighting issues of concern that may cause potential reputation or financial damage to clients while they deal with various counter-parties (vendors, suppliers, partners, customers, employees etc.).
- To assist clients in mitigating risk arising from association with a third party which could be engaged in unethical or illegal practices.It can also be used by client to mitigate regulatory risk e.g. Anti-money Laundering, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act compliance.

Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline
- Five to seven years of experience of business research using the majority of databases
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese) will be preferred
