Job Purpose :

This profile will primarily support the Procurement by leading Source to Contract Services and Analytics (Contracts management, events/RFP management and support) as a part of Procurement Service Centre (PSC). Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Head, he/she will ensure systems and process are updated to accelerate value proposition for the company.

Key Responsibility :

Analytics :

- Support the analytics on contracts management process and act as the point of contact for the same.

- Accurately manage the contracts database, ensuring data integrity and that it remains up to date.

Strategic Sourcing :

- Upload new contracts and report to agreed service levels.

- Provide event management support to the sourcing events and act as the procurement point of contact for the same.

- Work on Coupa as the tool for events management (RFI/RFP/RFQ/RA) and related analytics

- Work on Coupa as a tool for contracts management (Intake and maintenance) and analytics

Sourcing and Operations :

- Manage and report the SLA for various sourcing support activities under Source to contract for procurement

- Manage/Collect/load all necessary documents for suppliers e.g. Regulatory/compliance/tax/legal documentation in the system including following up to get the same.

Reporting :

- Be the point of contact for internal and external procurement enquiries related to contracts and sourcing events.

- Be the SPOC for generating of various Supply Chain Reports including Open PO/PR, GR/IR ageing etc

- Being a support to organization in providing Procurement intelligence to the Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Logistic team.
