AM/DM - Regulatory Affairs - Agro Chemical

BRIEF ABOUT THE REQUIREMENT

1. Becoming a bridge between the regulatory changes relating to Agro Chemicals and the Company and ensure that all the products of the Company are up to date as per guidelines of Central Insecticides Board (CIB) and Registration Committee and/or any other relevant regulatory agencies.

2. Work closely with marketing teams and factory head and ensure 100% compliance in the product specifications as and when updated by regulatory bodies.

3. Ensure that product creation and marketing, labelling and branding elements are in line with all regulatory specification relating to Agro Chemicals.

4. Registration of Agrochemicals with Central Insecticides Board and Registration Committee or other regulatory bodies (If needed). Liasoning with government bodies and meeting registration timelines.

5. Collect and coordinate information to prepare regulatory documentation for submission to regulatory agencies

6. Coordinating for Domestic and International Product registration

Preparation of Product related Dossiers

7. Coordinating with external agencies ICAR, CIB, other consultants etc.

8. Preparation of Market Intelligence reports

9. Coordinate with Various Labs across the country for Data generation

10. Documenting Field Trials

11. Build-up, maintain and share practical knowledge in a strong team-oriented

Experience, Skills & Competencies

1. B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry

2. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the Regulatory field in Agro Chemical Industry.

3. Understanding of OECD/USEPA guidelines and CIPAC methods for testing of chemicals.

4. Practical experience of working in chemistry process lab is additional advantage.

5. Knowledge of various chemistry Chromatography and spectroscopic techniques.

6. Must have sound knowledge of Organic Chemistry and able to draw chemical structures.
