Position: National Account Manager (NAM)
CTC: upto 12 Lacs
Exp: 2-9 years
To manage sales thru Mumbai based National Accounts.
To identify, develop, support service and grow business in listed account sets thru voice and data products.
- 100% budgeted Circle Target achievement.
ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities
1 Net Adds To ensure over achievement of Nett add- target for all Key accounts based in Rajasthan thru voice connections ( Hunting accounts)
2 Revenue ( Voice and data) To achieve Circle budgeted revenue target for listed accounts.
To maintain and grow revenue in listed accounts (Farming Accounts).
3 New Business/Account Management. Ensure penetration of new products in each account set ( data products).
Grow revenue thru penetration of data products.
4 Process Management Limit exceptions to sales/service processes requirement to - 10%.
Ensure healthy contribution level in line with Central Enterprise guidelines -
5 SFA Ensure timely update and adherence to Sales Force application (Comet).
Forecast management thru SFA (Comet) tool.
6 Eco Harmony / Safety To use re-cycled paper/envelopes wherever possible.
To save water wherever possible.
To adhere to company safety norms.
To work towards paperless office.
