1. Recruitment (50-60 lateral Hiring Per Year in Sales Domain)

2. Performance Management

4. Training & Development Initiatives

Competencies / Skills :

- Good Interpersonal and time management skills

- Team Player

- Good Analytical skills to measure cost of hiring & quality of hires

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, To be able to network with employees at all levels - proactively

- Computer knowledge: word, excel, power point
