AM/DM - Legal - FMCG

At present, We are having an urgent opening for Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Legal for a REPUTED FMCG Co based at MUMBAI location.

Designation - AM / Dy Manager -Legal

Reporting to - Head- Legal & CS

Experience :

- Good experience in contract management, compliance management and legal business advisory.

- Knowledge of laws pertaining to Drugs & Cosmetics, Legal Metrology, ASCI guidelines, Consumer Protection and Food Safety Standards will be an advantage.

Key Activities :

- Sales business partnering for International Business

- Manage international trademarks and disputes.

- Marketing business partnering for assigned product categories.

- Supply chain business partnering for warehousing/ depots and CFA led distribution and legal issues.

- Statutory Compliance coordinator to run and monitor the BCCL compliance program.

- Support the brand protection program of the Company.

- Coordinate enforcement actions against counterfeiters and copycats. Facilitate supply chain investigations.

- Non-litigation actions against infringing products

- Run brand protection training and awareness programs for field sales team.

- General legal advisory to the assigned functions and business segments

- Foresee legal risks and advise on business-oriented solutions accordingly.

- Keep a track of dynamic regulatory and legal landscape.
