Job Description
- Knowledge and experience : IR, ER, LTA, Dealing with Permanent Employee's Union, Time Office, Statutory provision etc is a must.
- Handling Permanent / Onrole Employees Union. Union dynamics, Handling critical situations, Knowledge on Union structure, Welfare benefit and provisions in the Factories Act,
- Candidate should have practical experience in LTA with Union.
- Practical experience in Time office function - Detail knowledge of Wages Components, Deductions, Leave provisions,
- Basic Statutory knowledge of Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Factories Act, ESI Act, PF Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act etc.
Must have expert in Telugu Language.
