Qualification : CA

Reporting : Deputy Director - Finance & Treasury

Purpose : The job purpose of this position is to supervise and ensure financial reporting in compliance with all regulations and generally accepted accounting principles, board and management reports delivered are of top quality and on time, and analysis produced is insightful

Responsibilities :

Financial reporting :

- Transition to Ind-AS

- Consolidated Financial Statements

- Preparation of Board, Audit & I&FC Committee Deck

- Preparation of Consolidated Quarterly results as per listing agreement

Management (MIS) Reporting :

- Preparing Annual Consolidated Budget Deck for the Group

- Group Flash Report covering businesses performance, key risks & mitigation strategy, key monthly trends

- Providing analytical support for Group overview update for MD office

Business Analytics :

Analytical inputs on Business Plan, Board & Audit Committee Deck & Other Strategic initiatives of subsidiaries/JVs

Annual Report :

- Proof read of financials, auditor report

- Analytical inputs on Director Report, MD&A, Chairman Letter

- XBRL filing (Xtensive Business Reporting Language)

Treasury :

- Investment of surplus funds in compliance with Investment Policy

Portfolio Analysis:

- Preparing monthly / quarterly dashboard for CFO and Investment and Finance Committee
