We are looking for a AM/DM - Postpaid Sales with a leading mobile service provider based in MnG.

Grade : AM / DM

CTC : As per the Norm

Experience : 4-9 years of experience of handling direct Sales team and Telecallers

Education : Graduate

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

1. Achieve sales target for all products (Voice - Postpaid / Prepaid, VAS, handsets) by driving monthly targets of channel managers and trade partners

2. Ensure and monitor quality of acquisition through the direct sales channel

3. Monitor sales performance (incl. key order conversions, open calls status, pipeline buildup) on an ongoing basis towards achievement of targets by FOS

4. Deliver revenue targets through the direct channel for all products

5. Achieve savings on budgeted acquisition and marketing cost

6. Generate demand through road-shows, in-campus, in-company and in-mall demos, prospect blitz

7. Coaching, mentoring and retention of sales representatives and team members

8. Management of off-roll employees and sales agencies
