1. Ideate, plan, execute and measure digital campaigns on digital customers with objectives of customer onboarding, activation, engagement and reactivation.
2. Hands on experience on Platforms & tools - Clevertap, Gamooga, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc
3. Managing smart digital journeys across multiple customer touch points as Email, mobile notification, SMS , whats app etc and measure the effectiveness of each.
4. Apprise new digital strategies on digital business resulting in incremental growth in activation, revenue and market share for digital business.
5. Having strong creativity skills and close coordination with marketing to be used for planning various digital campaign activities with digital customers.
Ideal Candidate should be:
- Experience of 3 - 6 years in managing digital activities for Digital Business in large organization
- MBA in Marketing/Finance or other relevant Graduate/ PG degree.
- Self-motivated person who can manage end to end execution.
- Should be a result oriented, self - starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, focused on team cohesion, dynamics & constantly improve quality of performance
- Close attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through and excellent organizational & interpersonal skills
- Strong process orientation & ability to work with data and ability to work with cross functional teams
- Strong customer orientation with knowledge of managing CLM and onboarding of customer for pushing third party products of Financial Markets
- Added advantage if well versed with financial markets and have fair knowledge on creating new business strategies to drive business without dealer/sales intervention
