AM/DM - Business Intelligence Unit - SME & Housing (1-4 yrs)
Role: AM/DM - Business Intelligence Unit : SME & Housing
Key Deliverables :
- Produce both regular and ad hoc reports/analysis using Excel, MS-Access as per the management requirement.
- Analysis of data to look for trends and identify key performance indicators.
- Creation and modification of reporting structures/dashboards as per business requirements
- Profiling of business, functional and financial data for extraction of inferences and trends.
- Engage with the business functions to understand how they want to use the data, provide effective data analysis and ensure end users utilize the reports to their full potential.
- Interpreting business needs and translating them into system requirement for automation - requires Liaising between technology teams, support teams and business units.
Candidate Profile :
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in BFSI segment
- Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel, MS-Access and VBA.
- Ability to create automation workflows on data driven solutions.
- Ability to work closely with the business to understand requirements and craft solutions
- Logical, structured approach (e.g. to prioritizing work, problem analysis and resolution)
- Capable of producing high standards of work, to tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic about the Internet and (new) technologies
- Desired exposure to data analytics based activities on R/Python.
