JD - Assistant Manager - Decision Support (FP&A)

Requirement Specifications:

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) Essential (must have) :

1. Analytical skills with an eye for detail

2. Innovative Thinking and Pro-active approach

3. Collaborative approach and Business Partnering

4. Result Oriented

Hands on MS Excel Desirable (additional may have)Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tool, Oracle and Billing Systems

Please specify exposure/ experience in terms of role/position held :

1. Exhibits strong understanding of numbers and business acumen

2. Collaborative approach in working with cross-functional teams

3. Ability to analyse trends in large databases and come out with smart analytics

4. Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and Decision Support

Preferred industry (ies):

1. Mobile Telephony

2. IP1 Tower Companies

3. Infrastructure Service Providers

Main Responsibilities to be handled are:

1. Reporting and Analytics on Energy Cost and Revenue lines

2. Business Case evaluation and Post launch analysis of new Energy initiatives

3. Customer Energy Pricing Proposal evaluation

4. Benchmarking across business units / available industry data

5. Drive Process improvements and Automation of reporting / analytics
